- Match & Player Data: All custom team rosters, player details, match configurations, and tournament statistics are stored locally on your device using client-side local storage.
- Photos & Media: The App requests access to your device camera or gallery solely when you choose to set custom team logos or player profile images. These files remain in your local cache and are not harvested.
2. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any personal information. Match records and exported files (such as PDF summaries or scorecard images) are generated entirely on your local device and are only shared when you explicitly initiate an export or share action.
3. Third-Party Services, Ads, & Notifications
The App integrates third-party services, including Google Firebase (for app infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, and Firebase Cloud Messaging) and Google AdMob or other ads Partner (for displaying advertisements). These services may collect anonymous telemetry, crash logs, and device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID, device model, OS version) to improve performance, provide relevant ads, and deliver push notifications. The device token collected for notifications is used solely to deliver app updates and sports notifications and is not used to track your personal identity. 4. Device Permissions
- Notifications: Required to send you push notifications about important app updates, new features, and cricket news via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Camera / Storage / Photos: Required only to take or select team logos/player photos and save exported scorecards locally.
- Network Access: Required to load third-party ad content and external client libraries (such as Chart.js and jsPDF).
5. Children’s Privacy
City Cricket Scorer does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
